About Us

We are a black led, Birmingham based organisation that use the arts to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination in racialised and marginalised communities.

What We Do

We work in collaboration with individuals and ethnically diverse artists, many with lived experience of mental health issues.

Together we create and deliver innovative and sustainable programmes, campaigns and events, that use, theatre, music, film, spoken word and discussion to raise awareness, challenge stereotypes and support the mental health and well-being of individuals and communities.

We collaborate with the NHS, Statutory Services, Mental Health Charities, Faith Communities, Universities and Community Organisations to enhance their capacity to better understand, engage with and improve health outcomes for the diverse people and communities that they work with and support.
