And reinvents herself as Franki the Singing Cleaning Lady.
Close to the Edge is a funny and poignant production that explores the serious issues of limited opportunities for older black women. It is about abundance in crisis, coping with stress and adjusting to change.
After the performance there will be an audience Q & A with the cast and playwright.
